CANCELLATION POLICY: Tour may be changed or cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before departure, subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full with no refund.

The Buck Wild Hummer Tours terminal is located near the entrance to Grand Canyon National Park, at 469 State Route 64, Suite A, Tusayan, AZ, 86023.
All tours depart from our terminal unless you require pickup in the Town of Tusayan or inside the Grand Canyon National Park South Rim

Buck Wild Hummer Tours is open daily from 8 am-5 pm. During the Summer Months, the terminal is open from 8 am-5:30 pm. You can reserve online 24 hours a day. Send us an email at [email protected] anytime and we’ll answer quickly between 8 am -8 pm Arizona Time. Emails received outside of those hours will be answered first thing in the morning.

We can pick you up for your Hummer Tour at hotels/campgrounds in the Town of Tusayan or hotels/campgrounds inside the Grand Canyon National Park.
We do NOT provide pickup if you are located outside of those areas. We do not provide pickup from Valle AZ, Williams AZ, Flagstaff AZ, Phoenix AZ, Las Vegas NV, or any other areas besides the Town of Tusayan, or inside the Grand Canyon National Park South Rim.
When you make your reservation, you will be able to choose your pickup location. If you are NOT staying at a local hotel (example, if you are driving from Flagstaff, Phoenix, Sedona, etc..), you will choose NO PICKUP/CHECK IN AT BUCK WILD when it asks if you need Hotel Pickup. For guests that do not require pickup, check in is at Buck Wild Hummer Tours 469 AZ-64 Tusayan AZ 86023

If you are a U.S. Resident (with valid government issued Photo ID) your tour includes park entry as part of your Hummer Tour. If you wish to visit the park on your own, either before or after the tour, you would need to purchase a Park Entrance Pass.
Buck Wild Hummer Tours offers the following Park Passes for sale at our terminal:
- U.S. Resident America the Beautiful Annual Pass: $80
- NON U.S. Resident America the Beautiful Annual Pass: $250
- Vehicle Entrance Pass (7 days): $35

Effective 1/1/2026, Each non-US resident aged 16 and older visiting Grand Canyon National Park (and 10 other National Parks) must pay a $100 Non U.S. Resident fee (in addition to the standard entrance fee), unless admitted with an America the Beautiful Pass. This includes Non U.S. Residents entering as part of a commercial tour group, commercial use authorization (CUA) group, or concessioner tour group.
Option 1 (recommended): Purchase the Non Resident America the Beautiful Pass for $250.
- This pass is good for one year and will cover the entry fees for the Pass Holder and up to 3 additional adults at all National Parks across America.
- You must present your pass when you check in for your Hummer Tour.
- If you are getting picked up for your Hummer Tour, you must have this pass with you to show at the entrance gate.
Option 2 – Pay the Non Resident Park Entrance Fee of $100 per adult.
- This fee is the Non U.S. Resident individual entry fee for Grand Canyon National Park and is valid for 7 days from date of purchase.
- You must present your pass when you check in for your Hummer Tour.
- If you are getting picked up for your Hummer Tour, you must have this pass with you to show at the entrance gate.

BUCK WILD HUMMER TOURS: You can purchase the $250 Non U.S. Resident America the Beautiful Park Pass at Buck Wild Hummer Tours when you check in for your tour if you have advised us that you will be doing so. Your confirmation email will include information to purchase the Non U.S. Resident Park Pass.
AT THE GATE: You can purchase the $100 per person Non U.S. Resident Pass or the $250 Non U.S. Resident America the Beautiful Park Pass at the Grand Canyon South Rim Entrance Gate if you plan to visit the park in your own vehicle prior to your hummer tour. Credit/Debit Cards only, no cash accepted at Entrance Gate.
AT FEE STATIONS: You can purchase the $100 per person Non U.S. Resident Pass or the $250 Non U.S. Resident America the Beautiful Park Pass at several Fee Stations in Tusayan. Credit/Debit Cards only, no cash accepted at Fee Stations. Fee Station Locations:

Signature Tours are offered at 9:30 am and 1:00 pm daily

- All Buck Wild Signature Hummer Tours are scheduled for approximately 2.5 hours
- Tour Duration is based on departure from and return to the Buck Wild Hummer Tours Terminal in Tusayan AZ.
- If you are being picked up inside the Grand Canyon National Park South Rim, your tour duration may be less than 2.5 hours, because you are not travelling from Tusayan to the park.
- You will NOT miss any ‘viewpoint stops’ if you are picked up in the park, the viewpoint stops start after we have picked you up.

The Hummer Tour takes place on paved, public roads (there is no off road travel permitted in the Grand Canyon National Park), and stops at 3-4 viewpoints, that could include: .

- We do not ‘go below the rim’ on the Buck Wild Signature Hummer Tour, the only way to ‘go below the rim’ is to hike, or do a 2 day mule trip.
- We do offer a Below the Rim Hiking Tour for those that wish to hike below the rim.
- There are no roads that ‘go below the rim’, there is no ‘off road vehicle use permitted in the Grand Canyon National Park’, and there are no Ground Tours that will take you ‘below the rim’.
- Buck Wild Hummer Tours stay on paved, public roads and your guides will choose the best viewpoints for your adventure, and provide a lot of history and information about the Grand Canyon and surrounding areas.

Tipping your guide is customary if you have enjoyed your tour. The industry standard is 15%, but always based on personal experience. You can choose to add a tip when you make your reservation, or pay with cash after the tour

Child Restrictions
- Car or booster seats are required by Arizona law – for children under 8 years old or shorter than 4 feet, 9 inches (57 inches).
- Car Seats are required for ages 0-4 years old.
- Booster Seats are required for ages 5-7 years old
- Buck Wild Hummer Tours has a limited number of Car Seats and Booster Seats available for use with no charge.
- You may also use your own Car Seat or Booster Seat.
Cancellations and Refunds- HUMMER Tours may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to tour start time for a full refund.
- Hummer Tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to tour start time, and No Shows for tour, receive no refund
- Hummer and Airplane Tours and Hummer and Helicopter Tours may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to tour start time for a full refund.
- Hummer and Airplane Tours and Hummer and Helicopter Tours cancelled less than 72 hours prior to tour start time, and No Shows for tour, receive no refund
Minimum to Operator Tour- We require a minimum of 2 people to operate this tour. You are MORE THAN welcome to book as a single person, as 99.9% of the time there will be others booked.If the minimum is not met by the day before the tour, you will have the option to reschedule, or cancel with a refund.
PAYMENT-CHECK IN-PHOTO ID- Photo ID required to check in
- For your security, at check-in you are also required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking along with matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking.
Tour AdvisoryDue to unforeseen weather conditions or high volumes of tourists to the Grand Canyon, you may experience possible delays while on your Buck Wild Hummer Tour. Your tour time will not be reduced, however the amount of time on the road could be extended. If delays are experienced during your tour, please be advised a refund will not be issued.
Reasons for possible delays
- Weather conditions: Rain Showers, Thunderstorms, Snowstorms or Excessive Heat
- Visibility conditions: Low Clouds, Fog or Smoke
- Road Conditions: Construction, Accidents, Traffic
- Grand Canyon Tourists: Spring and Summer Season is always very busy and extended wait times to enter the park may occur
- Important Information
Please be advised, Buck Wild Hummer Tours will be extremely mindful of potential delays. However, should you miss activities you scheduled for the same day, Buck Wild Hummer Tours will not be held responsible for reimbursement of any missed scheduled activities. Activities you should keep in mind are Flight Departures, Bus Departures, Show Tickets, Meal Reservations, and more.
Photography/Videography ReleaseParticipant hereby grants to the Buck Wild, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and video of Participant in connection with Participant’s participation in the Programs. Participant hereby authorizes the Buck Wild to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. Participant hereby agrees that the Buck Wild may use such photographs and video of Participant for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
PET AND SERVICE ANIMAL POLICYPET POLICY:
- Pets are allowed on private tours only.
- Pets must be leashed and under the control of owner at all times.
- Pets may not be left in the tour vehicle when the guests are outside the vehicle.
- Guests with pets will be responsible for any damages and cleaning fees caused by pet.
- Excessive barking, growling and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. If the owner is unable to get the animal under control, the owner and animal will be removed from the tour.
- Pets must be housebroken and guests must carry and use appropriate supplies to remove waste from their animal.
SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY:
Buck Wild Hummer Tours is ADA Compliant and adheres to the ADA Requirements regarding Service Dogs.- Only dogs are recognized as service animals under titles II and III of the ADA.
- A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.
- Buck Wild may ask the following questions as permitted under the ADA Requirements for Service Dogs:
- Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
- what work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
- Out of respect for other guests, we request you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if a service dog will be accompanying you on tour, so that we can assign you to a vehicle with guests who do not have dog allergies.
