MINIMUM TO OPERATE TOUR
We require a minimum of 2 people to operate any tour. You are MORE THAN welcome to book as a single person, as 99.9% of the time there will be others booked. If the minimum is not met by the day before the tour, you will have the option to reschedule, or cancel with a refund.
PAYMENT-CHECK IN-PHOTO ID
For your security, at check-in you may be required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking along with matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking.
PHOTO ID for U.S. RESIDENTS
ALL U.S. residents age 16 and older must present ID at Check In
Acceptable forms of ID for U.S. Residents:
- U.S. Passport (book or card)
- U.S. State or Territory-Issued Driver’s License or State ID
- Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
RECONFIRMATION REQUIRED: All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance. Please reconfirm by email to [email protected], call 928-362-5940. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 8:00am to 6:00pm (ArizonaTime). Reservations without contact information may be wait-listed.
BAGGAGE RESTRICTIONS: Due to limited space, each passenger is permitted one (1) small purse or backpack on hummer vehicle.SEAT ASSIGNMENTS: Due to limited hummer vehicle seating, assigned seats cannot be guaranteed. Passengers will receive their seat assignments after the check in process.
OPERATING DETAILS: Our tours operate rain or shine, provided the roads are open. In the event of severe weather, Buck Wild Hummer Tours reserves the right to alter, modify, or cancel any tour due to unsafe conditions. Any tour cancelled by Buck Wild Hummer Tours will receive a 100% refund.

RESTRICTIONS:
Age Restrictions:- Children must be 0-15 years of age for Hummer Tours
- Children must be 8 or older for Hiking Tour
Under current California & Arizona law, a child in a passenger vehicle must be in a car seat or a booster seat if he or she is:- Younger than 8 years old, or
- Shorter than 4 feet, 9 inches tall (57 inches)
- Infant/Toddler Car Seats required for ages under 5
- Booster Seat required for ages 5-7
A limited quantity of Car Seats and Booster Seats are available for no extra charge, please indicate on reservation your seat type and qty.

Hummer Tours
- Hummer Tours may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to tour start time for a full refund.
- Hummer Tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to tour start time, and No Shows for tour, receive no refund
Hummer Tour with Helicopter or Airplane
- Hummer and Airplane Tours and Hummer and Helicopter Tours may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to tour start time for a full refund.
- Hummer and Airplane Tours and Hummer and Helicopter Tours cancelled less than 72 hours prior to tour start time, and No Shows for tour, receive no refund

Due to unforeseen weather conditions or high volumes of tourists to the Grand Canyon, you may experience possible delays while on your Buck Wild Hummer Tour. Your tour time will not be reduced, however the amount of time on the road could be extended. If delays are experienced during your tour, please be advised a refund will not be issued.
Reasons for possible delays
- Weather conditions: Rain Showers, Thunderstorms, Snowstorms or Excessive Heat
- Visibility conditions: Low Clouds, Fog or Smoke
- Road Conditions: Construction, Accidents, Traffic
- SPRING BREAK/SUMMER/HOLIDAYS: Spring Break/Summer/Holidays are always very busy and extended wait times to enter the park may occur
Important Information
- Please be advised, Buck Wild Hummer Tours will be extremely mindful of potential delays. However, should you miss activities you scheduled for the same day, Buck Wild Hummer Tours will not be held responsible for reimbursement of any missed scheduled activities. Activities you should keep in mind are Flight Departures, Bus Departures, Show Tickets, Meal Reservations, and more.

- Participants must enter and exit the vehicle only when guide is present and pay attention to guide instructions for boarding.
- Seat Belts are required at all times and all passengers require a seat (no ‘lap children’).
- Participants must keep arms inside the vehicle at all times.
- Participants must stay on designated trails and walkways and always keep a safe distance of at least six feet (2 m) from the edge.
- In areas where there is a railing or fence, do not climb over the barrier.
- Participants should keep an eye on all the people in their group, especially small children. Make sure that your travel companions have both feet firmly planted on pavement or developed trails at all times.
- Know where the edge is. Watch foot placement and look for trip hazards.
- Do not run, jump, or perform physical stunts when near the rim.
- Do not back up without first looking where you are going

- Participant hereby grants to the Buck Wild, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and video of Participant in connection with Participant’s participation in the Programs. Participant hereby authorizes the Buck Wild to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. Participant hereby agrees that the Buck Wild may use such photographs and video of Participant for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

PET POLICY:
- Pets are allowed on private tours only.
- Pets must be leashed and under the control of owner at all times.
- Pets may not be left in the tour vehicle when the guests are outside the vehicle.
- Guests with pets will be responsible for any damages and cleaning fees caused by pet.
- Excessive barking, growling and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. If the owner is unable to get the animal under control, the owner and animal will be removed from the tour.
- Pets must be housebroken and guests must carry and use appropriate supplies to remove waste from their animal.
SERVICE DOG POLICY:
- Service Dogs are permitted on Buck Wild Hummer Tours. Buck Wild Hummer Tours is ADA Compliant and adheres to the ADA Requirements regarding Service Dogs
- Only dogs are recognized as service animals under titles II and III of the ADA.
- A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.
- Buck Wild may ask the following questions as permitted under the ADA Requirements for Service Dogs:
1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? - Out of respect for other guests, we request you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if a service dog will be accompanying you on tour, so that we can assign you to a vehicle with guests who do not have dog allergies.

- If you have purchased a Non Resident America the Beautiful Pass for for $250, no additional Entrance Fee is required for the pass holder and up to 3 other adults (ages 16+) as part of a Buck Wild Hummer Tour.
- If you have not purchased a Non Resident America the Beautiful Pass for $250, the entrance fee required to participate in a Buck Wild Hummer Tour is $100 per adult (ages 16 and older).
- This fee can be paid online, over the phone, or in person and must be paid before the start of your hummer tour.
